FFL POLICIES FOR ONLINE FIREARMS & AMMUNITION SALES
General Firearm Policy
All firearms purchased on our website must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. No firearms will be shipped directly to a customer’s home or business unless the customer themselves is a current FFL holder and provides documentation.
FFL Transfer Requirements
• At checkout, customers must provide the receiving FFL dealer’s information or email it to us within 48 hours of purchase.
• We will only ship firearms after the receiving dealer provides us with an up-to-date copy of their license.
• Customers are responsible for verifying their chosen dealer’s transfer fees and policies prior to purchase.
Background Checks
All background checks are completed by the receiving FFL at the time of pickup. We do not perform background checks on our website. All firearm purchases require successful completion of ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check before the firearm is transferred.
Age Requirements
• 18+ for rifles, shotguns, and long gun ammunition
• 21+ for handguns, frames, receivers, and handgun ammunition
A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of transfer.
Order Processing & Shipping
• Firearms ship only to FFL dealers.
• Accessories, apparel, stickers, and non-regulated items may ship to the customer’s address.
• Firearms and regulated items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
• Orders will be canceled if FFL information is not received within the required timeframe.
Ammunition Sales (Where Allowed)
We comply with all state and federal ammunition shipping laws. Certain states and municipalities have restrictions on ammunition delivery; if we cannot legally ship to your location, your order will be canceled and refunded.
Canceled Orders / Failed Background Checks
• If a background check is denied or the customer is prohibited from possessing a firearm, the firearm will be returned to inventory.
• The customer will be refunded minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
• If an order is canceled before shipment, a 10% processing fee may apply.
• Once a firearm ships, all sales are final and non-returnable.
Customer Responsibility
It is the buyer’s responsibility to:
• Know and comply with all federal, state, and local firearm laws
• Ensure they are legally allowed to possess and purchase the item
• Choose a compliant receiving FFL
• Provide accurate information during checkout
By purchasing a firearm on our site, the customer certifies they are not prohibited from owning a firearm under federal or state law.
